At Southdowns Manor we love the idea of creating this personalised gift, you can make these so unique to you and your wedding day.

They are a great way of basically saying ‘Hello’ we are thrilled to have you here to celebrate our wedding day with us and to thank your guests for making the journey to be with you. As well as containing little treats for your guests these can also contain local information on the area and details about your celebrations.

These are some ideas of what to include in your welcome box:-

Why not add personalised water? A lovely touch for when guests are feeling a little parched.

Add sweet or savoury snacks, these can be a real treat for when guests are a little peckish, especially if they are staying overnight at the venue.

We think putting bespoke things in your goodie box like pens and postcards of the venue is a great keepsake for your loved ones.

We love the idea of putting mini sunscreens in, bug sprays, plasters, individual packs of tissues, mini deodorant – all the little essentials that you sometimes just wish you had packed yourself. During these times we especially love the idea of personalised hand sanitiser and a face mask.

Another idea we love would be a mini hangover kit – this can include things like painkillers, vitamin tablets or sachets!

Remember to make these bespoke to you. Do you maybe have a favourite type of tea/coffee that you love, a favourite scent that you could get samples of – this will help make the boxes unique to you and your wedding day.
