Every couple has their own vision for their wedding day, and for Stacey and Anthony, it was simple – they wanted a day that was full of fun, surrounded by their favourite people, in a beautiful setting they could enjoy exclusively with their family and friends.
Celebrating their wedding on 4th April 2026, Stacey and Anthony chose Southdowns Manor as the perfect backdrop for their special day, creating memories they will treasure forever.
When searching for their dream wedding venue, Southdowns Manor quickly stood out.

While some couples choose a specific theme or colour concept, Stacey and Anthony had a different priority.
“No theme. Just wanted it to be fun.”

The couple chose a classic and elegant colour palette that perfectly complemented the springtime setting.
The bridesmaids looked beautiful in dusky pink dresses, while the groomsmen wore rich wine-coloured suits that added a touch of sophistication to the day. Stacey completed the look in a stunning princess-style wedding gown, creating a timeless bridal look that perfectly suited the romantic surroundings of Southdowns Manor.
Adding a personal element to their wedding décor, Stacey and Anthony decided to create their own floral arrangements.
“Bought from Temu and made our own. Pink and white to match bridesmaid dresses.”
The pink and white flowers tied beautifully into the wedding colour scheme and demonstrated how thoughtful DIY touches can add both personality and meaning to a wedding day.
Rather than opting for a large traditional wedding cake, Stacey and Anthony chose a dessert display that offered something for everyone.
“Small top tier to cut. Then cupcakes, rocky roads, flapjacks, cookies so people could help themselves.”
Their dessert table became a wonderful talking point and gave guests plenty of delicious options to enjoy throughout the celebrations. It perfectly reflected the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere the couple wanted to create.
